Just one question: why?

It sounds like you've fallen into the trap of trying to simulate the entire circuit which is probably unnecessary.

What are you trying to simulate?

Is it a digital circuit?

It's mostly analog.

I'm having some trouble with it on breadboard, so I'm hoping to simulate as completely and realistically as possible

What does the circuit do exactly?

Can you post a schematic?

It's possible that the frequency and current are too high for a breadboard so even if it works on a simulator that won't be much help to you when you come to build it.
