How to rebuild a Li-Ion battery pack

Through reading this article I am trying to rebuild my laptops battery pack, and I was wondering if using cells rated 1000m Ah more than the standard cells would be a bad idea.

I think I've correctly identified my spent cells as sanyo UR18650W, but would it be okay to replace them with  sanyo UR18650F? They have the same dimensions and voltage outputs but the 650F's Nominal capacity is 2500 m Ah, where they 650W's are 1500 m Ah. Would using the bigger one give me longer battery life? Or just fry the computer/explode when charged.

Thanks!

Using a higher Ah cell shouldn't cause a problem as long as the fuel gauge can be properly recalibrated.

I think the whole article is a bad idea though. I doubt you'll save any money rebuilding a battery pack. If you're drawn to cheap cells available on ebay then think again; they're probably old and Lion batteries do age even if they're not used.
