I have used Seeed fusion pcb fabrication service twice for qty 10 pieces of two small pcbs. They provided very good boards with the lowest price, as low as $0.49 per board. It’s very cheap, 10pcs boards. 1.2mm thick, 1-OZ copper, 6/6-mil outer (0.1525mm) just cost $2. Cheap price and lots of options regarding board thickness, colour, etc. None of my boards have ever had a manufacturing issue. I think there are no difference with i bought from others. Mike S Posted June 6, 2018 Report Share Posted June 6, 2018 I ordered 10 PCB’s from jlcpcb.com. The boards were 27x 37 mm but could be as large as 100 x 100 mm for the $2 prototype price for 2 sided boards. I then selected the DHL expedited delivery for $18.47. So for $20.47 I received 10 high quality PCB’s 7 days later. The PCB’s were sturdy thick (1.55 mm) boards. I have ordered other lowest cost boards from another manufacturer and those boards were only ~0.85mm thick. I did not have any issues using a 300°C soldering iron and hot air to solder the components. The board was designed using Kicad software and the Gerber files generated for the PCB worked just fine.
