[email protected]
Hi,i want to detect a pulse with 140ns and 50mV amplitude. i want to design such a circuit when pulse comes pic microcontroller should get an interrupt. how can i do that? thanks in advance... [email protected]
hi friends,Finally i got the pulse using MC33274AP opamp and cd4098 pulse stretcher. thanks to all for being with me.
Kevin Weddle
What is the circuit generating the pulse? Digital electronics produce pulses at 5V and maybe 3.3V. 140ns eliminates many integrated latches which operate at logic levels. It's possible even a latch at 140ns will not trigger with the circuit supply voltage. I'd use a use a two stage high frequency BJT common emitter gain circuit and a high enough frequency latch.
