Oven circuit board's buttons(bake broil etc )sometimes do not work when hot.

I am from Toronto. Does someone know where can my circuit board be repaired? I looked it up with no success. The oven circuit board's buttons(bake broil etc )sometimes do not work when hot. Please see the attached circuit board.

Those buttons are prone to mechanical failure. Fortunately they are very common items and easily replaceable. Check the soldered connections to them on the other side of the board. Might be a thermally-sensitive solder joint. Simple reheat/reflow with fresh solder may fix the issue. Else replace the button(s).

Hey all I don't know how to fix or replace buttons. I am looking for someone who can fix it and I will pay for it.

Look for your local electrician or tv repair man (or similar)
Tactile switches are available online, anywhere....... need to measure the size of the base and the length of the button.

I took to the local electrician but he couldn't fix it.

Try finding a local 'geek' who will do it for you. Hobby electronics is very common and there will always be 'someone, somewhere' with the skills to do this.

Or buy a new board.
