Ok first time for everything. fixed the bulging main caps, and put it back together...
Bang goes the fuse... what did I do?

On a serious note, I trust you replaced the capacitors for the same values?.
In that case, there clearly was other issues.
Check the bridge rectifier and X2 filter capacitor for shorts first.
And obviously the mains cable.
Then come back with PROPER information.
Don’t make us pry it from you!

Confirm that the capacitors are installed with the correct polarity.

Next suspect - diodes. Shorted output transistors would blow the fuse without damaging the filter caps. A bulging cap means heat, and that means current *through the cap*, not somewhere else. In normal operation, a power supply filter cap spends less that 20% of an input AC cycle conducting current from the mains. With a shorted rectifier diode that can go to 100%.

How many main power supply filter caps are there - 1 or 2?
