I am looking for the cheapest pcb manufacturer that i can. I have a project for a friend and OSH Park going to charge almost $900 for all the pcb's i need. Granted theres 3 copies of each board, but i cant do any thing with the other sets. Any help isappreciated. Thanks

For PCB prototype and copy pcb, I strongly recommend pcbway(http://www.pcbway.com/q  ).I have bought 5 pcs single sided pcbs from them with $17. As there's $5 discount, the total price is $13. The boards are pretty good with high quality. I revceived them within 5 days.

If you have boards, PCBWay also can design diagram and gerber files and Bom lists for you.

Front-end tool data preparation, Preparing the photo tools, Print inner layers, Etch inner layers, Register punch and Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI), Lay-up and bond, Drilling the PCB, Electroless copper deposition, Image the outer layers, Plating, Apply solder mask, Silk-screen and cure.

From my experience here are the best when it comes to quality and price for quick small run PCB prototypes:

4PCB has a flat rate for up to 60 square inches of 2 Layer PCB for $33: http://www.4pcb.com/pcb-prototype-2-4-layer-boards-specials.html

BasicPCB.com allows you to order 3 boards for 3 bucks a piece which is great if you're looking for cheap PCB prototypes.

I'd recommend to stay away from offshore PCB houses like https://www.pcbway.com/ since they have gotten by boards delayed and also have had to pay custom fees on top of the delay.  Not to mention the quality of others like "dirty boards pcb".

I use WellPCB quite a bit. They aren't the cheapest, but the quality is superb, they may offer features and service you might need.

I highly recommend this cheap China pcb manufacturer.
I've had several boards made there. The price is cheap, the quality is good, and shipping time is excellent. I ordered boards on monday and they arrived at my door on Friday--surprising considering they were sent from China! So that means that they were made and shipped in only 4 days! Anyway, definitely worth looking into!

You should not spend your resources on a firm which will not guarantee that in advance. Check their operational capabilities as well as the sort of projects which could handle your business. When quality pitches in, you also have to know their testing procedure, particularly for connectivity.
