    Beware buying from china

I have bought quite a bit of stuff from AliExpress and Banggood. Have not bought anything from Temu. I am very choosey on what I buy and most of it is fairly low value. Haven't had any real problems apart from an up down voltage booster. I had bought over 20 from a supplier over about 18months...

I need help with a circuit

I may be missing something here, but it looks like all the transistors are in parallel from a single Arduino output pin? Could you just use a single MOSFET to drive all the diodes?

    Short term battery backup circuit

I assume that your system has two power wires. A constant battery supply, and an accessory/ignition wake-up wire. The wake-up wire is usually a low current wire that is just used to turn the system on. Most current comes from the battery supply wire. The accessory circuit on most vehicles...

    DIY load for generator testing.

We just have a hand cart with four 2kw fan heaters mounted on it. They have two heat settings, so give plenty of different current settings. Being standard heaters there are no problems with safety inspections.

Rating of circuit breaker for protection.

That circuit breaker is rated for voltages from 12v -48v, so is perfect for a 24v installation. I would suggest using a circuit breaker with a higher current rating than the maximum alternator output. They list a 150A circuit breaker, so would use that instead of the 100A one. How long is the...

how to connect a digital meter between alternator and batteries

Please draw a diagram of your setup showing alternator(s), batteries, etc. What make and model alternator(s). What do you mean by "external alternator"? 24v, so guess you are probably not in the USA?

Check individual cells of a car battery.

Not worth the time and effort of checking individual cells. As others have said, what can you do about it if you find a suspect cell? Just charge and test the battery. Replace it if it can't produce the correct output.

Poor connection made when flexing the PCB

I have used Rapid Freeze on circuit boards looking for intermittent issues like this before. Makes any cracks to open up so they are easier to spot.

What’s the name of this connector?

Are the spade terminals 6.3mm or 8mm? Not sure why it has yellow seals on the male terminals, so would guess that it is not original.
