    Here is a suitable rectifier its a bridge rectifier, you only need to use 3 pins the 2 AC pins & the NEG pin. Its a SB35-06 worth about $2.68 here localy, its 600V @ 35Amp.

    Those particular EHT stick rectifiers were used in BW tvs & were 18-20KV. I still have a few leftover from BW tv repair days, & they apear to have gone with Dinasours. The only things that apear to be avalable are a few different types of EHT triplers for CRT type TVs.

    On the right hand side of the motor where the red wire goes into the plastic & comes out again, you will probably find a thermal fuse is blown.

    What ive found in electronic ballasts is the Mains filter capacitor after the rectifiers dries out. replacing it sometimes restores them. Worth a try.

    If its the soft type of material I use a small wood chisel & carefuly prise it out. Slow job so nothing gets damaged. I dont like using chemicals as it can ruin markings on components.

    This type of Radar the transmitter & reciever & HV powersuply are all in the Radome. It should be waterproof & no corosion inside. The only wires going to it are the powersupply & Network Data. The only time ive seen corosion in a Radome is when there is damage to the outer shell.

    Anode current out of spec sounds like the Magnetron has failed or very low emmision.

    If it works by hiting it then it will be dry solder joints probably on the Vert ouput IC.

    On the track side of the board there apears to be some dry solder joins (Cracks in solder around pins) Check board with a magnifier.

    The 12AT7 heater pins are P4& P5, 12V @ 150Ma. For 6V bridge pin 4&5, use pin 9 (heater center tap) 6V @ 300Ma. Pins read clock wise from a bottom view. In the Ocilliscope it would have been conected as 6.3V.

    IGBT ignition coil driver

    Way back in this thread is a picture of the setup & its wiring. The spark plug should be earthed to the ignition coil not the power earth. Set up like that the HV spark is likely to destroy the circuitry.
