    Pool bonding DC

As I previously stated, it will not have anything to do with the dc, The dc for the chlorinator is an isolated supply low voltage with no reference to ground. Fault will be ac mains level related, most likely due to inadequate earth bonding and an earth leakage fault in one or more pieces of...

    Pool bonding DC

I have doubts it is the DC BUT it will be a bad defect somewhere. All pools should be earth bonded during installation to avoid any form of potential difference. Bonding covers any metal in the pool including any reo steel, pool handles etc. and any metal within a given area. This given area and...

rotary encoder to 2 pulsed outputs

Rotary encoders tend to have quite a few on-off cycles per revolution and if your knob is spun fast enough any standard relay would have trouble keeping up. Keeping track of direction is quite easily done with say, an Arduino but the above may need a rethink. Might be best to provide an...

    Temperature sensor with PIC18F45K80

Seems an overkill using a micro such as that with a temp sensor. Most would have analog handling capability although the readings tend to drift around a bit.

    Difference between Phase and Line

Line can also refer to the input to a circuit breaker or piece of equipment whereas load is the output. Just another comparison. Line and phase, same thing. Both phase and line are live with respect to neutral and ground.

    Fairy light Timer

No idea why you get a dim output, would have to either be associated with how you connected everything (no photo or sketch so no help there) or the 3 x AA simply cannot handle the load. One could buy a basic plug in timer, usually and hardware store and usually cheap as, which has a socket...

Dewalt DC012 radio - No sound

Cannot make out anything as photo detail is low. Are you running on battery or mains supply? Has the aux port been used?

    Help : PWM generation

The IC inverter used is around 5v (6V max) so that's pretty much the limit. No idea what you mean "use in a hv circuit". Possible to interface with an opto of some description. Best show the circuit.

need help to hook up led indicator light

There will be little to no help unless you can show a circuit drawing. Otherwise people can only give it their best guess and this discussion could go on for yonks without any resolution.

Help required on Logitech Z-2300 toroidal transformer #2

Yes correct, although I would tend to use conventional colour coding for positive (at least part of) in the lower leg. Others may disagree.

What can cause a DC relay to click on and off continuously?

All being equal, it's almost impossible for us to diagnose incorrect connections. It's the reason that it is often asked to supply what you have rather than what it should be.

Help required on Logitech Z-2300 toroidal transformer #2

Where you are getting yourself all confused is the reference point for the voltage measurements which is normally ground. Your photo 1 above shows as correct and although the photo 2 is exactly the same arrangement , you show voltages with reference to the negative supply. It should be the same...

Transistor radio repair - Philips RR-230

You might want to build yourself a simple audio signal tracer to make life easier. Plenty of simple how to's out there in Google.

A circuit of the actuator pot input section might be helpful also.
