Yes, obviously otherwise what would be the point of using it.

Buzz sounds like mains frequency to me.....

    Shock from arduino

.............and get yourself (at the least) a plug in safety switch.

Power indicator LED for 50v+ supply

Run the LED at 5mA with a 10k resistor ....in most cases it would be sufficient brightness for an indicator.

Power calculations aren't this easy are they?

    On DC...... 10W for 5 hours is 50Wh 10 x 10 /1000 = 0.1W 0.1W x 5 = 0.5Wh

    Powering Electronic Match

Perhaps use a model r/c engine glow plug. Self contained, compact, cost around $8.00 or so and will run anywhere between 1.0v and 1.5v at around 3A.

SCALE MODEL LEDS FROM AC POWER SOURCE

Well then, if you know so much about it, why ask? Appears you'll go with what you decide regardless of any advice.

SCALE MODEL LEDS FROM AC POWER SOURCE

A fan/light arrangement would be a simple "fixing point" as the centre shaft of the fan extends though the centre of the base bearing. Usually a thread around the size of an auto car radio pot fixing (3/8") That would suspend the body ok BUT getting power to any spinning LED's on the blades...

design of short circuit indicator using neon for domestic distribution board

You will need to be more specific on your application. As a general note, circuit breakers will have an inbuilt (mechanical) indicator. Safety switch/ circuit breaker combination units also have indication to differentiate between overload trip and earth leakage trip. Aside from that, playing...

Hook double horn to separate or single relay

In all fairness you did not quote your "dumb ass rating" in the original post. Many automotive systems (including motorcycles) use "earth return" wiring systems. In these the battery power is connected directly to a particular device and the device is operated by a switch or button in...

    Help with a circuit.

I had 2 goes at it and gave up after the description got me all light headed....o_Oo_O The "need for so many switches" seems bewildering.

Hook double horn to separate or single relay

Only negative I can see are the trumpet type are not normally used on motorcycles as they can quite easily be damaged due to water entering the front with no way out. Rust hell out of the diaphragm, makes the horn sound like s frog under water. Some have tried placing the trumpet face downwards...

Hook double horn to separate or single relay

If the one relay has sufficient current rating, the original would suffice. How much current is involved to each horn? Length of run and cable size may come into consideration also whether or not the battery can handle the load. One thing to note is you do not supply the original wiring diagram...

    KOOCU-DT9205A Digital Multi Meter

Unless one works in an industry where meter testing is mandatory on a specific time basis, meters calibrated in the factory very rarely if ever require any internal adjustment over their entire life span.

    help with variable speed motor

Without knowing brand, style, specs of the unit, your guess is as good as anyone elses. Contary to popular belief, McGyver's colour codes and which wire to cut are all simply fantacy. If you can show some detail, nameplate or whatever it may help. Usually make and model required though.

PIR Motion Sensors and Halloween animatronics

Unit specs on Amazon you linked to are rather vague however it does state the supply as being between 2.7V and 12V not 9V as you quoted in your original post. This next part I cannot work out what you are trying to say.... All considered though it appears the output is a digital signal, high...
