    Hi Joe, Sorry for the delay, I haven’t been able to log in for a few days! You need a PWM Pulse Width Modulation control circuit to do this. I don’t know how much you’re into electronics? ;)

    Hi astra, GSE means Ground Support Equipment. It’s a tough one, this is the closest I could find: http://www.v-infinity.com/pdffiles/VMPT-200C.pdf  The –15Volt is only 2.4A and you must use a fan to cool it, can you live with that? 8)
