    Is that on the DC side of the bridge? The low voltage I believe is fed from the small transformer, if so there should be a L.V. supply on the secondary, typically 12vdc. When specifying voltages note if DC or AC. Surface mount devices (SMT) are always a little harder to trouble shoot. M.
