    You could get it in a two position maintained Telemecanique/Schnieder selector switch, they are plentiful on ebay and you can add a switch section to make up 3 poles. I doubt if you will get it in that particular style. Make sure it is not the momentary, but maintained style. M.

    I am wondering why you need to measure the current as if the solenoid is DC the current is predictable based on the resistance of the coil?. If it is a case of confirming the current is actually present, then you do not need an A/D conv to do this? M.

    How can you have a single live conductor without any other reference conductor ? How can you make a second supply 'Higher or Lower' without a reference to it?? You have to make yourself clearer as to what you have and want to do? M.

    Appears to be vert jitter usually caused by vertical sync problems. You might try some freezer or artic air sold in an aerosol can to see if a component changes with temperature, otherwise you would need the schematic to trace it. Modern sets have LSI IC's etc so repairing individual circuits...
