    There are tiny holes (vias). These go from one layer to another. You’ll have to use your multimeter to check where it’s connected. Or use a working controller to check against and compare. Again, watch lots of videos. Martin

    Those solder pads (circles) shouldn’t have any continuity between them. I can see one or two that appears shorted. And one that the solder pad has gone. Use your multimeter and check for continuity between each solder pad. Martin

    If it isn’t shorted or the connections are fine to the PCB, no need to replace it. Other than the battery side no longer fits.     is that white plastic two pin connector on the middle right of photo a battery connector?. It’s melted too. Possibly shorted or no connection. Sort that short out and it might turn on. You have to be very careful and check what you’re doing! Martin

    It’s probably lead free solder. Use 60/40 leaded solder. It will mix and melt the lead free. Use flux as suggested too. What iron are you using?. Don’t keep the iron on the joint, be quick or you’ll damage the solder pads. Martin

    You say the DRL and fog lights are already independently switched? You want to turn on both relays with a single switch?. It is illegal to have fog lights on without foggy conditions. Also, fog lights only work (deliberately) when main lights are on, not with DRL. Martin

    That’s either a 1 Ohm, 10.8 Ohm or 48 Ohm. Brown, Black, grey/Silver?, yellow/gold?, Brown. Can you confirm the colours you have?. It’s probably a 1 Ohm but I am not sure. Also looks wire wound. Martin
