Exactly, it's probably L for line power, F for fan load, and Gr for ground

    Anti surge on motorbike

Like I said, I suspect a noise problem rather than Voltage. If that's the case I'd use a LC that'd filter like above.

I read it twice and I thought same thing. Why not spend a £ on one of these?

Series or parallel fans for max cooling ?

You may be able to squeeze a little more working time out of the welder but it's not wise to exceed the duty cycle of your welder. The manufacture has sized components based on this duty rating. If you want to weld longer, it's best to upgrade to a higher duty cycle.

    Anti surge on motorbike

In my opinion radar detectors are ineffective. The same companies that sell them to civilians also manufacture the technology that law enforcement use. So law enforcement is usually a step ahead of you in technology and the older version detectors are worthless. Besides, all the police have to...

    Emergency lamp

Around here, Lead acid is still widely used for egress lighting because of cost and availability. Many are capable of exceeding the 90min rule even with old and inefficient incandescent lamps. These long running lights just take a larger battery, usually around 12v-7ah. Exit lights on the other...

    Emergency lamp

Rather crude sketch but hopefully you get the idea. It may be wise to use a separate light/source rather than using battery power during normal (ac power on) use. That is, If your intent is to use this light while normal power is on.

    Emergency lamp

Emergency lighting is setup similar to Haralds relay circuit except the function of the switch is to test the batteries on a monthly biases. If this is for emergency or egress lighting you don't want a switch that will disable the lamps from automatically coming on. Usually just a normally...

    Solar panel.

There are a lot of places to save money, but a meter isn't one of them. If you can't trust your meter, what good is it? Consider buying an analog meter. The benefit is that you can see the movement of the needle instead of flashing digits on a lcd display that can be misleading.

I would measure the voltage of your power supply and the current drawn by the motor as a reference. Then, I would measure the voltage output of the solar panel and with the leads still in place, add the motor (in parallel) to the circuit. The voltage should dip significantly.

Control for Lamp Circuit Using Low-voltage Push-on/off Button

Actually Rib relays (relay in box) and class 2 power supplies are rather inexpensive. The problem isn't that the electrician freaks out, it's that they don't want to do the work only to have the electrical inspector red tag it for violating article 110 of the Nec. You could call the local...

    Solar panel.

Yes, they deliver higher voltages during peak sunlight at noon. 12v does sound high though. I wouldn't expect it over 10v. I don't know about the role temperature plays but I'd guess the voltage would be higher at lower temps since conduction is better.

Whirlpool L1373 - damage possibly done by a centipede

Then, why does the print say there's level 0, and level 1? It says pressostat level 1 (one switch) which has test points to verify signal on the board which ends on pin 26 of U005. Level0 is from (without p) "ressostat" that ends on pin 9. I don't know what switch is what, or if the drawing...

Control for Lamp Circuit Using Low-voltage Push-on/off Button

I don't know where your located, but this a violation of American electrical codes because its not a listed device. Some jurisdictions may grant special permission if it's limited energy and you can show that there isn't a UL listed alternative. But most electrical inspectors wouldn't allow it.

Whirlpool L1373 - damage possibly done by a centipede

Doesn't make much sense. You say the board has been ruled out, and the pressostat which contains the switches has been replaced. What else could it be, a short in the wiring from the heat level safety switch? Not very likely. I would go back to the pressostat and check the normally open contact...
