The ones above do that, they are called momentary switches, same as your link. Adam

help designing triggering device for underwater camera

In post 4 you mention short pins 3 and 4 together to trigger the camera. Looking at the circuit it will supply a short trigger pulse at the front end. I guess this is how it should work? Adam

Isn't it just a case of shorting pins 3 and 4 with a switch? Adam

    Arduino Mega2560 & GRBL .....

Woooooohooo, great news. It would be nice however to know what was wrong with the other board...rainy day project I guess? Cheers Adam

    Arduino Mega2560 & GRBL .....

There seems a load of people that have issues with the TX RX part of the 2560. Some of them speak about disabling interrupts to get it to work. I'll have another look tomorrow, I am off to bed now..night night :) Good luck. Adam

Hi fish I can't see the library Grbl9fMega2560 which files did you download? Thanks Adam

    Arduino Mega2560 & GRBL .....

Umm ok. I don't have any boards with me at the moment so I can just do a bit of digging to see if I can help. So if we forget about not being able to programme it from the IDE you can actually load the blink LED programme by other means and that works, I mean flashes an LED? Adam

    Arduino Mega2560 & GRBL .....

Fish can you post all of your Arduino code so we can see it. Also FYI the boot loader takes a few seconds from boot-up to work as it checks for comms on it's USB port. So looks like you have two issues, possibly a coding issue and a programming issue. I have used many Arduino Nano boards but not...

    Arduino Mega2560 & GRBL .....

I guess you checked your port settings matched the virtual port setting in windows devices. Do you need any drivers for the USB device? some people have had issues with drivers. http://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=134069.0 It might be worth just flashing an LED first to make sure everything...

DC Bus in a Loop Configuration. Problem?

Hello Nice to see it's working ok. When a fast rising edge hits a series LC circuit it can cause ringing, this is due to the signal actually being made up of many sinewave, although it looks square. It's quite likely that the fast rising edge of the signal will contain a sinewave which matches...

How to calculate ADC voltage divider maximum input voltage?

    Hello (15 V / 30 K)*20 K = 10 V not 5 V. Could that be your issue? Try 7.5 V for your max input voltage. Just checking it is 10K and 20K isn't it? Thanks Adam
