    Hello All of these questions are design specific. Only the designer can determine that, you have to find out what you need then maybe we can help design a filter. Also does the filter need to be active or passive, this makes quite a difference. Adam

    The TV only draws 250 mA so I dont understand why it shouldnt work. The booster can supply 1.4 Amps. Whats not clear is at what voltage can it supply 1.4 Amps. Let me have another look. Adam

    No worries, when you have time. But from experience most things can be dried out but the minerals in water dry and can corode electronics components. Lets wait until we have some pictures.
