Pioneer Radio MP3 Songs Per Directory

Edit: I just scanned through the user manual. It can play different formats. It also has limits too. According to the manual, up to 500 folders. You might have to remove the music files from the folders and get rid of the ‘now’ empty folders. Which would include folders within a folder. It...

Pioneer Radio MP3 Songs Per Directory

Have a look on the thumb drive and see how the files are named. I know that when ripping files the filenames can get numbered while others get named. Eg, 01-Tina-Turner-xx-.mp3 or cd/001-4.mp3. You may have to manually edit the file names to the format the player can read. Also check the...

Hi moonwink and welcome to EP. Have you read the manual for the specs? https://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Car/Digital+Media+Receivers/MVH-S312BT I have a Sony with USB and it requires only music files. No directories or other files on the thumdrive. My sony will play from a 32gb drive with...

    Powering LED strip

I tend to believe that every person on this planet learns something new every day. An armature for a guitar pickup is not one of them!. Maybe my learning ‘light’ will arrive by midnight?. I sometimes think your quick responses are a little harsh and sometimes just plain wrong. I don’t insult you...

    Powering LED strip

Right, except the the magnetic field is driven by the string vibration . The bobbin is the coils. Normally 6 for all strings. Never heard of it as an armature. No internal spinning parts there. Martin

trying to understand amp limits? (10 vs 15 vs 16A)

There is actually a lot of truth in @Dexterextra ’s statement. Fuses are a one time safety device to stop massive currents over loading the exsisting house wiring and causing heating/melting or fire. The circuit breaker is very similar only re-settable. It is essentially to protect the house...

In what way toroidal cores are important for heavy transformer ?

Toroidals can be 10% or more efficient than an E I (laminated) transformer. They can be smaller and still have The same output as a much heavier laminated transformer. The internet has a wealth of information. Have a very good read. Martin

    does anyone understand microphone wiring

Perhaps when the active circuit is off, the mic itself still works to a certain degree passively?. Which is why you need to shout loudly?. Poor design?. A little like a headphone working as a mic. Martin

    Powering LED strip

You can buy ‘flashing LEDs’ and ‘colour changing’ LEDs very cheaply. No circuit required. But I guess you went with the strip to stick it under the strings by the pick-ups?. You may find that the current/voltage plays havoc with the pickup coils. Best to check before final installation. Martin

Convert two wire led to three wire for marker and blinker

I just typed what @Bluejets linked to. Much easier to understand, so I deleted it. You may find a simple timer relay module connected to the side light useful too. It could interrupt the side lights signal while the flaasher/blinker is used. Then a couple of seconds after indicators are off...

    Help with sliding door automation

How big is this sliding door? How heavy is it? Is noise an issue? For safety, you could look into photoelectric sensors/infrared beam like they have on elevator doors. Your pulley system could be made from off the shelf parts from a model shop. Example, 60 size RC helicopter tail drives. A...
