    Looks like you have some dry solder joints on that board. Also looks like some cracked solder joints bottom left of board too. Might be worth re-flowing all the joints and testing it again. Martin

    I agree with @bertus . Corrosion due to moisture ingress. A blown LED wont conduct when fiddled with, but a bad connection will. Also, a blown series LED wont dim the rest of the string. The whole series string will be OFF. Martin
