    simple projects ?

    And a battery :)

    what is this Circuit ?

That's because it's been drawn as a sort of T network to confuse everyone when really it's a poor voltage reference with an output resistance of 157K. Yes the input might go the other side of the resistor but it's not suppose to be the input of the opamp at all. Adam

What about an LED flasher circuit? Adam

    simple projects ?

Get a few capacitors low value ceramics and a few electrolytics. Adam

    simple projects ?

With only those components what about an LED that turns on in the light and off in the dark. What are the other basic things? Do you have any transistors? Adam

    Unknown nature of waveform

Maybe the output pin of micro is open collector or open drain? The scope probe is supplying the pull up needed for the port pin to work. If it is then you need a pull up resistor on the micro pin. Adam

Can you help me with this project?

I found this, but it doesn't have a timer. This is the sort of thing I think Colin was talking about. http://www.airyear.com/jtron-03100300m-diy-infrared-remote-control-receiver-black-p-140507.html?zenid=4d11aedee4807e9305103a7f4c94eef5 This should give you a start. Adam

Common Base RF amp - CE feedback capacitor?

This looks like a common base Colpitts and the 39pF is what provides the positive feedback for oscillation. The value, um well probably a formula somewhere I'll see if I can find one. But I guess as long as you made it say 50-100 times lower impedance than the base terminal so it can turn the...

When is 1 watt not 1 watt?

Well Laplace, this is how I do it also. And if I ever have to explain to anyone why I do it that way, I am going to steel those word you just wrote as I can't think of a better way to explain it. Nice one Adam

When is 1 watt not 1 watt?

Oh sorry, just the question actually asked lowest, I wonder why Laplace said highest? Adam

Effect of parasit capacitor at the input of my digital circuit

A small capacitor on the input of the control lines will probably not cause you an issue because the invertors should be at a defined logic level. unless you have any of the inputs floating which could cause the gate to either switch when it shouldn't or the input float into no mans land causing...

When is 1 watt not 1 watt?

The resistor are all in Parallel, in the last part of this question. Adam

Effect of parasit capacitor at the input of my digital circuit

All this for a touch sensor? Can you explain what all that's doing to save time and what all the control pins do, so we have an idea of how this works. Are the sensors in pairs or is it one T1 and GND T2 and GND etc.... Adam

Can you help me with this project?

A simple IR transmitter and receiver could be made and a simple latch circuit for the LED light. You could even have a timer that turned the light off after a time delay. Adam
