    Trying to identify components...

Well I have seen a lot of components but I must admit I haven't a clue. They must be older than me :) Steve might know :) Adam

Isn't the 317T like 1.5A. Wouldnt you need the 317K? Adam

    Dark activated light

I agree Kris. I wonder if anyone would like to do a resource on good practices regarding drawing circuit diagrams. Adam

    Rapid Prototyping

Haven't you ever put grease proof paper and a packet meal in the oven at 180 degrees centigrade? it would need to be low temp curing. Or even better UV curing. Adam

    Op-amp, changing LED colour!

I think the schematic voltages are wrong. It shows 13V going to a memory chip with maximum rating of 5V? But still not sure why the blues are not working, they should be ok. Adam

Ok so how do you get the glue onto the PCBs anyway, Is it printed on? If you supply the correct applicator I don't see it being a problem. What about creating a heat cure adhesive that you put your PCB in an oven so it sets. So you print it onto the pads when you make the PCB, we place the...

    Op-amp, changing LED colour!

I think you are going to need to supply some clear close up photos. Look at Kris's resource, in the resource section of this website on how to take decent pictures. Also part number of LEDs. Adam

I think personally you could make a lot of money printing the PCB's for people, you guys know what your doing to get it right. I certainly would be interested as may my company. If you could offer a reasonably priced prompt service I don't see any reason why you couldn't use say PayPal and do...

Looking for low profile power distribution block

I don't see anything wrong in what you have chosen. If your worried about them coming loose then apply a small amount of thread lock to the bolt thread and tighten them to the correct torque with a torque screwdriver. Adam

Have you connected the LEDs correctly? Just a thought, easily done. Adam

Hello. 1) How do you connect the components to the circuit? 2) What is the resistance per cm^2 of the ink? 3) How does it react to extreme temperatures? 4) How much does it cost? 5) What materials can you print on? 6) Do you have a working demo PCB? 5) Can you do multi layer, if so how do you...

    which capacitor is best

Looks like it a timing capacitor for some kind of linear ramp. Probably the best all rounder for the price is going to be a negative positive zero (NP0). Good all round over temperature and capacitance doesn't change much with applied voltage. But tolerance is generally +/-5%. Polystyrene is...
