    Toner transfer not working anymore

Some printer toner is not re-fusable i.e. it's only meant to melt to the paper one time. An example of this is Brother toner. HP toner works ok. Could be your office is using cheap toner refills.

    Help with a wiring circuit

Diagram makes sense to me.......(I think you did quite well considering) one button operates one relay which supplies "forward" direction... the second button operates the second relay which gives "reverse " connection to the motor. Only problem I can see is there are no limits and no fuses...

Help required for Linear Power Supply build using LM317

DS2BA60 does not bring up any results when Googled so anyones guess as to what you have there. Assume it's a bridge rectifier but who knows and since you are having problems, it's normal not to second guess anything. Your circuit shows the pot with terminals 1 and 3 connected to the adjust, it...

    Motor wiring help

You are correct saying not shaded pole ......shaded pole normally have just one set of windings brought out.The shaded pole effect is generated in the "lamination pole". No cap required on some induction split phase motors......... those that do are usually ones requiring more torque and...

    Need to understand power rating.

A hp is 746 watts. Not that you will get 10 x 746 = 7460w out of it due to losses such as heat amongst other things plus the old snowblower probably wore out a few horses ....:) Your loading is a bit vague (4A @ 10-30 volts) ...but lets say 4A @30 v around (4 *30 = 120W roughly) I think you...

Arduino or Picaxe micro controller. As well as a timer you require " if then" operators and above is probably simplest approach.

    RPM sensor for rotating shaft

I've found if the magnet is too close one can get inaccurate readings. Usually 2 to 3 mm works for me but again, the data sheets should show the limits maybe depending on the brand/type.

    Are these transformers faulty?

The e probably refers to ohms......transformers are measured in impedence so your meter on ohms will not give any accurate reading. Anyhow, this will give you an idea of what I think you require...

    Hacking a microwave oven

One does not hack microwave devices, period. Do a search on microwaves and the effects. To be precise, your hacking could open any number of cans of worms, any of which could land you in deep trouble.

    Joining transformer wirer

Burn off insulation from both ends to be joined and/or scrape clean, wrap together and solder or crimp and insulate. Not a good idea though to join in any case, especially for any high voltage component. Bound to break down in the future causing shorted turns.
