What is a 'High/Low Level Trigger'?

Getting your details straight in the beginning is a big help to everyone:)

Issue with supply not turning off sometimes

Do you know what racing contacts are and how it comes about. May not be the problem as I do not see the complete circuit but it sounds like it may be.

What is a 'High/Low Level Trigger'?

Cannot see any reference to what you describe ....can you be more specific on where you saw the level trigger info? Normally it means just a pulse which goes high for a moment and then low again. High is pos rail voltage( or thereabouts) , low is negative rail voltage (or thereabouts). In this...

Not enough info but it sounds awfully like racing contacts.

How to Charge an 8 AA NiMH Battery Holder?

5 hours at 0.9A = 4,500mAh.(roughly) so your assumption is incorrect. As far as rate of charge , it depends on the cells involved and manufacturers specs.

    Modifying door bell with switch?

Probably the easiest way would not require breaking into your existing board by burying a sound activated switch module in your doorbell housing. Some come with just a 5v hi or low output which you would need to drive a relay whose voltage free contacts could complete your circuit above. Or you...

    Modifying door bell with switch?

Think you are going to have to describe a little better what you intend to do. Lost me I'm afraid.

    Toner transfer not working anymore

So was I.....also the thickness:cool: If you have norrow (thin) lines and thick copper layer they (the lines) can easily undercut with over-etching which is why I outlined what I did.

    Toner transfer not working anymore

Never used any mask, never found the need. Circuit lines can be thin but it depends on what you mean by thin. To avoid "undercut" from the etchant, I have found using the following helps a great deal. 1. Use a board with thin ( there's that word again) copper coating. I think most are...

    LED strips not lighting up

If you get a reading of around 12v on the cables but not on the solder joints where the wiring enters the LED strip, then you have a break somewhere between the two.

Sketch help - 3 axis accelerometer

Just wondering if you require 10k pull-ups on your I2C SDA and SCL lines as most are active low. Don't see any on your board.

    Hall sensor A1122LUA-T resistance

For 5v arduino boards, 3v is considered a high signal. For 3.3v arduino boards, 2v is considered a high signal.

    motor reverse

Try this......... top is original.....below that is alteration to wiring.....to the left of that is adaption of reversing switch. Advise getting qualified electrician to make changes.

Sketch help - 3 axis accelerometer

    When reading an analog value, I thought it was a requirement to first read the analog value into a variable and then print that variable. ????? e.g. .......... sensorX=analogRead(xpin); lcd.print(sensorX);

    dc generator

In theory, dc generator and dc wound field motor are the same, however, run a gen as a motor with similar connections and it will run backwards. There is no such thing as red and black in an auto generator. Connections are dynomo(D) and field(F) as in the diagram below. Running a generator as a...
