Chip ID...Who am I?

I came upon this tiny 24 pin smd chip trying to repair an android tablet and can't find anything on the web. Is it a TQFP package? Any idea? Markings are:
MP65 TO69C1 L1314D

MP65 seemed to be the best starting point leading to a list of possible devices, most of which would seem to have no purpose in a tablet :-(

MP65 does show up as MPU6500 motion tracking or stepper motor control so that's not it.

No luck with To69 either.

I think its a power supervisory chip because its next to the power on button.

Alas, I might be dead in the water if I can't find any info on it.

Oh well.
