Hi guys....

I'm working on a digital tranciever and I'm using OOK...
So can any body till me how can I calculate the values of th R&C in the envelope detector("I'm using a circuit of a diode connected in series with a parallerl R&C")[my frequency is 5MHz].

Also I need to know what clock speed I need for a delta modulation("I am using delta modulation and my frequency is the humen voice frequency"). ??? ???

Thanx ;D

A suggestion; try using the formula t = rc (t=time constatnt, r = resistance in ohms, c = capacitance)

I dont' know exactly on the topic and if anyone out there would correct me i'm grateful . LOL

The frequency of an RC oscilator will depend on the type of RC oscilator you use, phase shift, wein bridge or relaxation.

How about using a crystal oscillator? 5MHz crystals are quite common and cheap.

mettula & Alun, Thanx a lot:
actualy i'm planning to use crystal oscilator, but my need is the sampling rate needed to sample the voice of humen???

What transmition technique are you using?

The sample rate must be at least double the maximum frequency you need to transmit but for reasonable quality it sould be five times as big.

What medium are you using?

I think you might be able to buy special chips for this.
