Help me identifying 4pin Ic number

I have scratched number 4 pin ic it work like relay What is the number of 4pin IC like optocoupler but that is not optocoupler it works like relay (bidirectional switching) not optocoupler (Unidirectional switching)?

It on state resistance is 25 ohm

The 4 pin devices could be PhotoMOS relays.
Panasonic has a couple that will shows in the attached file.
