help needed in wireless strain gauge transceiver

HI all,
        I have fabricated a strain gauge sensor for biomedical application. The sensor would be embedded in the body.I am looking for a suitable miniature transeceiver to transmit the voltage signals by the sensor,Could someone please help me with this.... Thank you.
