I was wondering if anyone has worked with the Honeywell HMC6352 Digital Compass. I am using it for a project and it doesn't seem to work as well as expected.
I have a PIC talk via I2C with the compass and then light up one of 16 LED's to indicate direction. Occasionally the LED's get screwed up and the only way to fix is remove the power source (turning the system off and then on does not work).
I've tried to talk with an apps engineer at Honeywell but no one has called back.
