How to identify trucks freezer from refrigerated trucks?

Hello everyone I name is Andrew and my question is this that how to identify truck freezer from a refrigerator trucks?

Being a truck driver in the past that hauled reefer for two different companies I can answer this.  There is no difference other than the temperature setting on the reefer unit itself.  You can set them from about -20F and up the usual freezer loads being set at -10 or so.
