Is it possible to design a 12 volt to 12 volt dc to dc converter due to the reason that the voltage across the inductor being zero and hence there is high error in the calculation. It would be good if you could help me with some ideas for this.
A hybrid car that runs on a 12 v battery and a 12 volt motorWelcome to EP!
Assuming you are talking about a switch-mode converter, the voltage across the inductor won't be zero (except at polarity reversal instants in the switching cycle of the converter.
What are you doing that requires a 12VDC/12VDC converter?
Yes. It is called a SEPIC converter. This is a non-isolated topology having a direct connection between input and output. Is it possible to design a 12 volt to 12 volt dc to dc converter
