Getting 5V and at least 500mA from LT1302
i've seen this diagram on LT1302 from LT datasheet and tried to adapt it randomly to my needs.

My goal is to get 5V out of that IC, but I failing big time. Any sugestions of a design that lets me have 5V and a max of 500mA or more from it?
