PM3055 Oscilloscope PSU failure (Don't leave your scope turned on)

If anyone is interested, I finally got around to measuring the capacitance and ESR of the pair of 68uF 385V capacitors, one of which vomited electrolyte all over the bard.

The good one measures 67.3uF and 0.48 ohms ESR

Any guesses at the measurements on the failed one?

66.2uF and 0.46 ohms!

Clearly that was just spare electrolyte!
