I have one of these limescale removers sitting in the old house I just bought. The power supply adapter is lost. I want to try with one of the many adapters I have from other electronics. But I need to know what the original power supply outputs.
I have contacted the supplier but they wont help. They say my model is no longer being made.
I am hoping someone can help me find out what volts and amps this thing needs to work.
The model is a aqua2000.

Sir atha . . . . .

What we call water softeners.

Why don't you contact the link below and have them inspect their part in stock to confirm its AC or DC output and its marked on voltage and current or watts.
The story is . . . .

[[[ Since your " dad with dementia " had all of these units in a box , unidentified, and you are now trying to get the right unit identified and hooked up, to get the unit operative and going again.]]]]

If that story line gets your info . . . . you are in business again.

You note that the wall wart type of unit has push on connectors on it . . .do you remember that situation.
Also they call this a ballast assembly, but I suspect that its use is for low voltage power instead of the power supply for an ultraviolet purifying lamp. They at least give that A2959 part number.
