Simple 1 hertz clock

A very simple question to many of you out there i imagine. Could someone give me the resistor and capacitor values for an astable 555  with a frequency of 1 hertz?

You did not mention the duty cycle.

The datasheet for a 555 shows a graph of frequency vs timing capacitor and resistors.
