Hi folks
This should be an easy one for you experts to track down!
Ive blown the woofer in one of my Tapco S5 studio monitors and cant find a replacement anywhere. Its def the speaker as Ive swopped them over and the fault stay with the speaker.
It does have some numbers on the back but Ive no idea if theyre part numbers or just random figures! lol
Help?
Cheers

hi
welcome to EP :)

well how about you help us to help you

what wattage rating is it ?
what impedance is it 4 Ω, 8 Ω or something else ?
what diameter is it ?
is it a single cone type ?

brand will not likely be too important, as long as it's a decent brand

It is probably the amplifier that has failed, not the speaker.

It's not the amp as I've swopped the drivers and the fault moves with the speaker.

Any idea where I can get a replacement?

Doesn't the speaker manufacturer have replacement parts for it?

They got taken over by Makie who don't support this model. Sigh.
