Hi all, I was looking for help on replacing a Toshiba GT15Q301 power transistor. I have a datasheet for a internal rectifier IRG4PH40K in front of me and it looks good but I'm not 100% and what values to look for and if it will work as a replacement. This transistor is on a board that controls a heater and the wires going to heater shorted thus killing the transistor. The Toshiba part number appears to be obsolete and I used allxref.com to come up with the new part number.
Anyone out there care to look at the datasheets for me please to verify it will work?
