hi every1! i need help on how to repair my Kolin TV. it has no power. the poer regulator is ok. but then i found 1 busted(shorted) transistor  evrytime i replace it it still bust out

Try to find out where the power from this transistor goes, you will probably find a shorted capacitor, diode or something else busted.
