TV repair: B&O Avant help needed

Hi all,
Problem is the set is all dead, without even indicating standby. (no
red led)
300VDC appears across switching FET TR41. Only a very narrow
pulsewidth appears, its way too small to produce any significant
secondaries.
No voltage across C20. (should be 11v)
4 small electrolytes replaced on the primary side with no help.

Any advice?
