Howdy from Penn's woods.
In the photo is a whirligig with a double (4 wires) length of LEDs
along the edges of the blades (from a ceiling fan).
The whirligig has been in operation since December 2015 with the original batteries.
The "wing span" is 4 ft/1.2m.
The LED circuits has one length of red and yellow with the other green and blue.
The LEDs can be set in various modes; in one mode sometimes one circuit is on
then the other or both are on. As the LEDs are pulsed, at night with some wind
you see arcs of dotted lights.
The LEDs were sold by Ledertek via Amazon.com but I believe they are the same as
