You could remove R25 from the circuit for test.

turned the computer off and on again and it is working again now but dead slow it's ok back to normal! did you get the file for the LM3914 that I sent, I sent it as .txt file you need to change the extension back to .asy!!

The RC time is to low due to the load.
Remove R25.
