how to connect a digital meter between alternator and batteries

Additional information pending, I'd say, from the written requirements above in the original post, no "vehicle" electrics are involved requiring any "steering". To me at least the word "external" verifies it.

Most would do some study on device principles or watch an appropriate tutorial to "learn". Shortcuts get you nowhere.

how to connect a digital meter between alternator and batteries

Do the intelligent thing, forget about series ammeters, simply latch a DC tong meter over the main power positive or negative battery lead. Voltmeter (any basic unit) simply connects to the battery.

Need help with Easy EDA stuff

Apparently (Google search) silkscreen is associated with a component you placed there and cannot be trasnferred to the other side. https://easyeda.com/forum/topic/How-to-show-silk-layer-of-components-on-both-sides-6e93a68fbcaa408f8dd57e2dfd0ad481

Need help to make two doorbells work simultaneously.

The 2.8v is a part of a larger circuit and in itself, by applying the same/larger voltage simply will not work. One would need the circuit of the former (which is likely never made available) to make any educated guess. The issue really is the dangerous practice by those inexperienced to bring...

Need help to make two doorbells work simultaneously.

Feeding voltage back in to your 18650 push button is not going to work and may in fact cause damage . A simple relay off the 240v bell with a voltage free set of contacts to your 1860 push button would do one way switching there but the reverse, for switching the 240v bell off the 18650 system...

Best store to buy components for PCB's?

If you used say, EasyEda and an online pcb manufacturer, it is easy to select from their wide range during the design process and then the manufacturer provides the bits. Too easy......

Is this ok or will it cause problems?

So you are saying you sent the pcb files off to the manufacturer, their techs look at it and said it is ok...correct?

Is this ok or will it cause problems?

Usually if there is a problem, the pcb manufacturer will find it during any check. Why make it that way to begin with?

Dyson V8 bypass sensors and alternative power supply

That could end up being beyond your ability. Might be better to explain what you are trying to achieve with the motor and an alternative (simpler) method would more than likely come to mind.

How can I make a switch actuated by a signal

A basic wireless switch from one of the online sources would do the same job. Would need to locate receiver in an area that was not shielded by the car metal body. example...single channel ........ https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/373448529993 Some knowledge of auto wiring would be required to install.

BLDC control using RPI Pico W

ESC's require an "initiation" when first turned on. Look for the esc specs and it will tell you. Basically the sequence is ...turn on at low throttle setting.......advance to full throttle setting......then retard back to low setting. esc will cause mortor to "beep" showing the number of cells...

    electric kettle shorts

There are a couple of "breakers". Over current and then the combo circuit breaker with safety switch. The latter trips when earth leakage current over 30mA or so is detected. If it was working previously, chances are, when it became "wet" the safety switch would trip (if you have safety...
