Simple example of double sided PCB design

Why would that need to be double sided..?. One could in fact, simply use some premade veroboard, or simpler even.

    another oven transformer question/problem

What do you mean ac 15v and dc 7v.? Where are you testing to...from....? Or is that the same points? What you have to remember here, is that while the test points may seem clear to you, everyone else has no idea as to just what you are testing in front of you. Include some photos /drawings of...

Perhaps take a look at some of the many online pcb manufacturers free software. Pcbway being one .

    Power and potentiate multiple fans

Perhaps a ceiling mounted fan to get the heat back down out of the rafters would be a consideration.

    Power and potentiate multiple fans

Forget the potentiometer, too high a power requirement. At a minimum, 20W and cost with availability will be impossible. Not sure the basic cpu fans lend themselves to speed control though. There are 3 wire units which do but you need the controller. Then you have 10. Best suggestion with what...

Voltage fluctuation on 12VDC/24VDC dual output P/S

Your photos are quite ok, no problem. Just pointing out your interpretation of which part is which, just so you are clear which device is which. Again, for your attention, the red arrow you use in the photo is coming from the wrong device AND as such, your marking of the switcher as YG901C2 is...

Voltage fluctuation on 12VDC/24VDC dual output P/S

Fairly certain you have. I took the reversal into account. As I said, you have the red arrow coming from the device on the RHS of the board but this is a dual diode. The 4 pin device is on the left and like I already said, appears it is the switching element with it's burnt reference resistor...

Voltage fluctuation on 12VDC/24VDC dual output P/S

Looks to me like you've made an error posting your photos. In the first post, the red arrow should be coming from the 4 pin device at the bottom which you have marked as YG901C2. This would then make the burnt resistor feeding the unmarked 4 pin device which will be the switcher element with the...

Nissan X-trail 2002 - Air conditioner fan occationally won't run

Assume you mean the fan coil fan (interior unit). There will be a protection thermostat of some description on the unit to avoid freezing the coils. Question would have to be why do you want the air con to run if temperatures are at or near freezing.

The load will only draw what current is required. Your stated current is the maximum the unit is designed to supply.

Joining battery operated led fairy lights to mains source

5V 1A plug pack should be sufficient. You will need to trace the wiring of each set of lights into the battery box and find which is positive and which is negative. The positives from each set are connected together along with the negatives and then to the new plug pack supply.(i.e. loads in...

When replacing battery in a pack

Show which one you are trying to refit. It is normal for replacement assemblies to be available, therefore negating the need to "attack" the old casings. Usually cheaper than one can buy the individual cells. As with many batteries but more-so with 18650, a lot of cheap knock offs out there that...

Can I replace PLC with microcontroller for project

Old pc system that I use for a crank grinder for miniature engines. Might be useful for reference so you can get some idea of the complexity of starting from scratch so to speak with a uC.
