    I can see markings on the lower end cap but resolution too low to make out a number. You will more than likely have to do a search on the number as it may not identify the current directly .

    Wasn't unusual with the nail cure LEDs. Many hours of service and as Martine says, some will go open and cause certain series strings to drop out.

    You may also be overdriving the input which will give output distortion. What are you using as input source?

    Look up the many cheap camera arrangements that can be adapted from FPV gear. Camera can be as low as $10 with assoc. Tx Rx for remote viewing at maybe $50.

    7805 regulator capacitors

    So why not simply use a lower voltage supply to start with? 9v is fairly common and cheap. Resistor defeats the whole purpose of using a regulator .
