    Have you taken a close up look with a bright light at the back of the board. A cracked solder joint could be the culprit.

    Perhaps there's an external relay? Post some pictures of what you've got. I can't find any online wiring diagrams to reference. If magnetron isn't getting power I'd look at door interlock switches (again)

    My guess: Hv diode shorted and relay contacts melted together. If relay case is not melted, you might get lucky and unstick contacts with a forceful whack of a screwdriver.
