    That looks ‘slightly’ damaged!. Have a scrape of the area to try and clean it plus expose the copper tracks. First, check there is no short circuit between the + and - where the cap was.     I’m no audiophile and don’t believe the hype in £1000 RCA cables. Having said that, MKP are mentioned a lot on audio forums. Have a look here. Your original Rifa are renown for problems. Yours is a 0.22μF so get the same capacitance if you can. Martin
