    I would put the original headlamps back in, measure the current they draw and see if the fault goes away. Then, reinstall your leds and check amperage again. The error free leds should have a resistor added so they draw the same current. I assume these are made to fit your car model?

    True, provided you have a SIM card. My guess is any other data will be lost if they have to repair the operating system. If your lucky, it may be a battery/charger problem and data may be recoverable.

    I'm guessing you mean 96"x 48" or that'd be one huge trailer. They often cut lumber slightly longer than nominal size. So it could actually be 97 inches long. Yes, HD is known to have terrible descriptions. I always bring a tape measure with me to be certain.

    I agree, probably just a thermostat that makes a slight arcing sound when it cycles on/off. Probably fine because they are hermetically sealed. But for peace of mind, I'd replace it due to its age. Plus it's an inexpensive item.

    Not true, according to the NEC; motor overcurrent protection and conductor sizing is determined by the motor tables in article 430. The motor name plate (fla) is used for calculating (thermal) overload protection. But yes, the 30A breaker is sized right.

    You should start with the motor specs. The 30A breaker may not be sized correctly to your application. On thing I think compressors should have is a redundant pressure switch that would kill the main control circuit in case the normal pressure switch fails. (And they do fail)
