    That is a battery symbol. The arrows (triangles) are 9v positive rail. The gnd symbol is the negative rail. It’s simpler to do it that way or you’ll end up with a confusing spaghetti junction!. So all + are connected to battery positive. All - to battery negative. Martin

    Ok, that is the supply fuse. Connect an incandescent lamp across it’s connections (remove fuse). Power up the transformer with secondaries disconnected. If you can’t do the lamp, try it with another fuse. Worst that will happen is it’ll blow again. Verifying a faulty transformer. Martin

    The thermal fuse in the secondary is 130 degree C. I would think the winding insulation needs removing to replace it. I don’t think he’s done that as I would hope he would have mentioned that. The transformer is more than likely ok. Martin

    I agree with @duke37 regarding lamp limiter, checking bridge rectifier and powering the transformer with secondaries disconnected. If everything checks out thus far, check the 7815 and 7915 regulators for a short. And duke37 said that too (stabilizers). Martin

    I can’t say specifcally, but most cams that I have are powered by 9-12 volts. If yours specifies 6volts, try a 5 volt usb power bank first. You might be surprised how well it works. Martin

    Also, a lot of breadboard power supplies use shorting caps for choosing output voltage ie 3.3 or 5v. I’ve always called them jumpers. Cheap online DIY circuit kits like scopes, resistance decade boards and sig/func generators have them for changing values. Martin
