However, current to flow, or charge to flow is acceptable in the English language. I think pedantic comes to mind. Afterall, we know what it is...

Best place to buy used electronics?

Post in electronics forums ‘for sale’ sections. Back of electronics magazines ‘items for sale’. Ebay. Gumtree. To name just a few. Sometimes there are auctions for closed down labs or repair shops. Just have to keep looking. Martin

    8-pole connectors

Suggestions above are great. Another option is to use normal connectors and place them inside an IP67 case/housing. Google IP67 box. Finding something that will ‘resist’ normal physical wear will be difficult and expensive. By definition ‘normal physical wear’ is just that!. Martin

    Short-haul OTA TV rebroadcast?

Perhaps a good quality amplified aerial (antenna). I would get a mobile satelite dish to receive all free to air satelite channels. Or you could of course subscribe to a network. Martin

    Clicking/Buzzing relays

It’s possible the relay isn’t getting enough current. Check the voltage from the capacitor to the relay. The capacitor may be bad. Failing that, post some clear close pics of both sides of the board and somebody here will be able to help you.
