Converting Bluetooth headphone to hearing aid.

I have a fantastic pair of wireless headphones.. Did you actually read the post? A tethered "mother" is not a nice image! ...Well, not in this particular case! http://www.healthyhearing.com/help/hearing-aids/bluetooth There is obviously a reason why the hearing aid goes into the ear.. So...

    Where to start? - beginner

Blimey, I didn't mean a book!:) I would have said, "do you remember walking on carpet or escalators and you touch something metalic like a door knob or radiator? That small zap you get is "you" earthing the static electricity..Imagine that zap hitting a sensitive component!! But then again, I am...

    Where to start? - beginner

Hello, I am too, more hands on and a visual learner:) Books and reading give me a headache! I suppose soldering does take a little practice, but so does everything.. Rather than make a cube, it might be better to find some broken electronic item and just de-solder the components, then re-solder...

    Components for this amplifier

Hi Trevor, So I was completely wrong about it then!! I'll have a read up on zobel network. I just remember something about the impedance goes high at the speaker and the capacitor lowers the impedance. And the resistor stops a short.. Thanks for the info.. Martin

    Components for this amplifier

Hi Errol, Glad you got it working.. I have built a very similar amp with small alterations. Let us know what the "noise" is like or not! My was pretty noisey at first. The 2nd resistor is 10Ω or 11Ω in my case. It just stops the 386 from thinking there is a short when the cap goes low impedance...

    Negative static field detector

Hi Koen, I see the problem with your circuit. And so do the Ghosts!. All the Ghosts I know like current limiting resistors for LEDs. Also the transistor was packed in Anti-Static!! What you need to build is one of these.. Martin

Hi Mike, The resource section would be a good read. I do have to strongly disagree with you about Youtube videos only going as far as the 555 though. It totally depends on what you want to learn about! What have you got in mind to learn about? Martin
